A very good day to start birding for the Society’s outing. We encountered with the Common Chiffchaff,
a rare visitor to HK, having good observations from a distance of about eight meters for 15 minutes!
We also have good views for the Brown-headed Thrush, Russet Sparrow, the Bluethroat and about
eight Greater Painted Snipes! Thanks Alan for helping to track the fast moving Common Chiffchaff,
and thanks a lot for Siu Yee for leading the outing!
