I believe it should be Pygmy Wren Babbler but the 3-note call confused me. Please kindly advise.

Yes, it's Pygmy Wren Babbler. They usually give a two-note call, but I've heard them give a three-note call a few times.

I have the impression that they seem to give the 3-note song more often at certain times of year, I think mostly autumn/winter.
