Was this recent? They're unusual in HK in winter.

This picture was taken on 8-Dec, 2013 in Long Valley. Thanks for your assistance in identifying it.

Just to confirm what Bonnie has said about the importance of including date and location, this may be the latest record of Pheasant-tailed Jacana in Hong Kong in 2013.
If so, your record will appear in the 2013 HK Bird Report.
