　政府已就落馬洲河套地區發展前期工程招標，截標日期為本月20日（周四）。河套區佔地近90公頃，將發展為高等教育、高新科技研發及文化創意產業區。

　　據土木工程拓展署資料顯示，今次招標的工程牽涉河套區的土地除污及前期工程設計及建造，預計有關的工作於今年7月份展開。落馬洲河套區佔地近90公頃，總地積比率約1.37倍，總可建樓面面積近1,292萬平方呎，用作教育用途的樓面佔775萬平方呎，而用作高新科技研發及文化創意產業樓面則約442萬平方呎，尚餘65萬平方呎樓面則會作商業用途。
