I shot this photo in Sandakan Malaysia in Jan 2014 rear the seaside. It looks to be a spider-hunter. May I know the exact ID of this bird?

Olive-backed Sunbird female in my opinion.

I agree that the plumage looks like a sunbird (probably Olive-backed, but I'm not too experienced), but the bill looks really long on this picture.
Is the tongue extended out from the bill making the bill look longer?

Ronaldo, thank you again for your superior observation and explanation! The colour of the tongue indeed looks different from the bill.
