I wonder whether it might be a Blyth's Pipit:
- The upperparts and crown are fairly heavily streaked.
- The median covert pattern is not entirely clear but seems to suggest Blyth's
- The breast seems to be heavily streaked
- The greater coverts are mostly old and unmoulted (only the inner feather replaced). This is similar to the recent bird at Kam Tin.

The two birds linked by wkcheng are different from the one in the first post of this thread. Note especially that these two have replaced all of the greater coverts, while the one at the start of the thread has only replaced the inner covert.
