I'd say a Mew Gull .. but don't quote me on this, i've went this morning and have spent the whole night trying to ID my shots .. not easy at all ..

Hello Geoff!

Simply, how common is it for a type 2cy 'taimyrensis'/heuglini in your region - to show such an advanced covert moult at this time of year?
