Does anyone have recent records of Chestnut-tailed Starling at Kowloon Park?
The last record I have is in 2012.
If you do, please give me the details, number of birds and date, plus any photos if available.
I was there last wednesday and haven't seen any...and I've never seen any the 2 or 3 times I've been there these past year. Is there a particular place to llok for them?
All the best,

The last time I saw them (in 2010 I think), they were around the Museum in the centre of Kowloon Park.
Any sightings in the last two years, anyone?
Or can anyone say "I've been there and not seen them recently although I used to see them regularly".

Thanks Alan, that's the first report since 2012. Where was it in the Park?
It would be nice to record a pair there again.
Would regular visitors to Kowloon Park (e.g. the Crested Bulbul club members leading tours) please look out for this species and report to me if they find it.
Photographs would be good too.

The place with red mark, I saw it under the slope.
May be we should create a game for searching this bird in KLN Park.
