although the chest pattern is a little light .. i still think it is a dark-sided ..

It looks more like Grey-streaked to me, with the pattern of prominent streaks on the breast.
There are a lot of Grey-streaked present in Hong Kong at the moment following the recent easterly winds. Dark-sided is very rare in Hong Kong in spring.
