Yes, fresh grasshopper is healthier food than chicken nuggets.
And while we like chicken drumsticks, this bird likes grasshopper 'drumsticks'... as can be seen in the next few photos (sorry but need to wait for 24 hours for the next upload. Exceeded 800kb per 24hr limit, haha)

From the way it prepared its food, I think long-tailed shrike is a rather intelligent bird.
