I think these are White-winged Terns. The second picture (and the third?) is of an adult moulting into non-breeding plumage. The black markings on the underwings and body are the remaining traces of the breeding plumage. The first picture is a juvenile (or adult in non-breeding plumage?).

The second and third photos were taken from the same bird and following your advice, I have checked that the black marks on the body match very well the boundary between white and black colours of white-winged tern in breeding plumage. Hence it should be white-winged tern moulting to non-breeding plumage as you advised.
All photos were taken from the same flock of birds that flew over the bird hide on last Saturday.
