Oriental reed warbler??

what is the second one?? is that bird get hurt??

the first one looks like a Radde's Warbler, badly hurt on head, the second one is a Dusky Warbler....

Both birds look like Dusky Warblers to me.
I think the first is just missing feathers, and should recover fairly quickly when it regrows these.

the legs looks rather thick and yellowish to me for Dusky....

I agree with John, first looks like a young Dusky
