Yes. A female Pine Bunting. Does anyone have pictures which show the tail to see if there is any cage damage? Otherwise it looks very good. There was a record from Taiwan recently as I recall so not implausible.

In addition to Taiwan, also recently reported in autumn off the Zhejiang coast.
