Is it a kind of sparrowhawk?

Eurasian Sparrowhawk
Look the very long tail & wings, no mesial stripe
also the many-banded,  slim body part are the features of Eurasian Sparrowhawk
Good record for Lung Fu Shan!

Thank you Ivan!

But may I ask why it is not a Japanese sparrowhawk? The body pattern joining the tail seems to resemble it.

Please see the tail is much longer than Japanese
Also the female and juvenile Japanese should show mesial stripe
But the bird in your photo lack of mesial stripe and elongated tail
The number of "fingers" also matches Eurasian but not Japanese

Thank you for the explanation!
