Yes, definitely a Citrine, I find that looking at the paler back colours and pale ear coverts is sometimes more reliable then the "C-ring", the overall impression will be a very pale headed bird, Yellow Wagtails have a very solid ear covert. Author: esther03166 Time: 7/12/2014 22:46
