I have to admit, I am a smoker as well; BUT not within the Country Park.
It was observed recently, birders (never sure their identity) were smoking in Country Parks, while the worst at all; butts were littered on the paved footpath.
It is my sincere expectation, the HKBWS as renowned institute on conservation and leading role model in the field. HKBWS shall emphasis the education to the birders, it is a virtue; abide to no smoking in smoke-ban areas (such as Country Park).
For the mutual benefit of all users, who enjoy the Country Park. It would bolster HKBWS’s effort in promoting “Love the nature”.
