The problem is with Flicker really which add a lot of crap formatting on your images.
Posting an image is not difficult, but you need to authorize a large enough format.
On Flicker, use the following:
1- when sharing: you shall select a large enough format, on your image, I chose "medium" instead of 75x75 which is a simple icon size image.
2- you take the whole link from Flicker which has a lot of crap and just take from it the image path itself:
in this case:
"https://farm8.staticflickr.com/7687/17103669971_471cdcfb14_z.jpg"
You use the "image insert" icon when writing your image (the one to the right of the "envelop" icon) and copy the link in there.
Then when posting, it shall all work very smoothly, as you can see below.
By the way, these are Black-tailed godwits…

I agree it's a Bar-tailed Godwit. There were two at Mai Po today with this flag combination (black over white), from Chongming Island in Shanghai.
