香港觀鳥會及長春社自2009年開始在塱原進行水稻復耕，以作為塱原管理協議計劃生境管理的一部份。近年稻米耕種技術漸趨成熟，收成亦慢慢遞增，往年只會在各農墟擺賣，今年起開始接受網上訂購。
2014年8月插秧11月收成的尾造塱原生態米現正接受訂購，香港觀鳥會會員可享95折優惠。

稻米品種: 廣源粘 (糙米)
每包重量1公斤，限售150公斤
價錢: 原價每公斤$68，會員價$65
取貨地點: 香港觀鳥會荔枝角辦事處 (不設送貨服務)
截單日期: 2015年4月24日正午12時

Since 2009, HKBWS and the Conservancy Association (CA) restored paddy rice farming in Long Valley as a part of habitat management of the Management Agreement project. Recent years, techniques of rice planting have became mature and harvest has increased gradually. Rice was packaged and sold in farmers' market but, this year, it is available for order online.
The 2nd season of 2014 (planted in Aug and harvested in Nov) is now available for order. HKBWS members can receive 5% off.

Rice species: Long Grain Rice (Brown Rice)
1kg per bag (Quota: 150kg)
Price: $68/kg, HKBWS members: $65/kg
Pick up venue: HKBWS office at Lai Chi Kok (NO delivery service provided)
Deadline for order: Noon 12:00 on 24 Apr 2015

取貨地點: 香港觀鳥會荔枝角辦事處 (不設送貨服務)
截單日期: 2015年6月19日正午12時

請注意，我們會於截單後才將所有訂單一併處理，然後將穀粒進行脫殼、包裝等程序，務求大家能品嚐最新鮮的生態米。預計取米日期為7月6-10日(電郵最後確認)。

Please note that all orders will be proceeded after the deadline. Rice grains will then be processed into brown rice and packaged. Tentative pick up date: 6-10 July (the exact date will  be confirmed by email).

2014年尾造生態米尚有少量存貨，如有興趣訂購，可直接向長春社訂購，香港觀鳥會會員與長春社會員享有相同折扣優惠。
There are still some LV eco-rice (2nd round, 2014) available for order. Please visit the website below for order. Please note that HKBWS members share the same discount as members of Conservancy Association.
