It is a Cinereous Tit. Appears to be a juvenile, given the slightly yellowish and scruffy appearance.
The white brow may be an individual plumage abnormality or may be a temporary plumage problem (e.g. because of poor food supply while in the nest?) Author: tbob Time: 29/04/2015 18:42
