I cannot see the name of the organization calling for help! Also I do not see any signature!
I beleive the team in Shanghai led by Zhang Lin is doing similar work. He has been counting waterbirds for the China Coastal Waterbird Survey for years. I think he can use some help. Contact him if you wish.
