由於香港天文台已宣佈預計在今天午5時正或以前發出八號熱帶氣旋警告信號，本會辦事處將提早於4時關閉。

The Hong Kong Observatory has announced that the Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal Number 8 is expected to be issued at or before 5:00 p.m. today. Therefore, HKBWS office will be closed earlier at 4pm.
