Enough is enough.  Uploading images highly compressed to 200kb maximum per photo as limited by this Forum is enough for me, as I can no longer tolerate the downgraded images after such high compression.
I have therefore switched to uploading image URLs instead.  The previous highly compressed images have all been replaced.

Most of these are captive birds, right?

Your first unidentified bird (ID1) is a male Wood Duck in eclipse plumage. The second (ID2) is a male Mallard in eclipse plumage.

Ho-fai, you are right that many of the ducks, geese and swans in the first post are captive. The London Wetland Centre is a WWT reserve with a captive waterfowl collection but also a well-managed area for wild birds.

The question should better be answered by London Wetland Centre itself.
As far as I know, some of the ducks and geese in the first post are probably captive, whereas the rest are wild birds.

Thank you Rita for the advice.  Regarding ID5, I thought female Mallard's bill should be orange and black, instead of completely black as shown in the photo?

Hi ajohn, I got a different opinion about ID2 from WWT London : https://www.facebook.com/events/102048723469316/134875030186685/
Any chance that this may be a 'Manky Mallard' ?  I don't see any white colour in the bird's neck though.
