Apologies but I really can't see which it is.
Was a pair flying around... got the Juvenile on the rocks & I assume is a Black-naped flying

They're both Black-naped Terns - a juvenile on the rocks and an adult flying.
For the juvenile you can see the black nape pattern and white crown, and also notice that there is no brown in the upperparts (black and grey only). Author: mguy Time: 18/09/2015 16:51
Thanks that was what I wondered about coz in my book shows the juvenile with brown on its back.
