Subject: [Hong Kong] Oriental Skylark or Eurasian Skylark? [Print This Page]

I think it is a Oriental Skylark as usual and some expert told me it may be a Eurasian Skylark. I think for Eurasian Skylark, the lower scapularss are darker (from picture of "The Birds of Hong Kong and South China") but it is not mention in the book, so I am not sure whether my observation are right or not. If possible, would like to learn how to distinguish these two kind of birds. Thanks in advance
