The size is definitely more bulky than Little Ringed Plover. But I can't see orange bill, so not sure.

Yellow eye-ring is distinctive for Little Ringed Plover. This species is regular at Long Valley.

Ringed Plover is a rare winter visitor to the Deep Bay mudflats.
