2013年1月，中国动物学会鸟类学分会与浙江自然博物馆合作成立了中国鸟类学史料中心，旨在系统收集、整理和保管中国鸟类学史料，为今后鸟类学的研究和发展提供信息平台。
Chinese Ornithological Archives was set up on January 2013 under the collaboration of China Ornithological Society and Zhejiang Museum of Natural History.
