Chinese Blackbird, I think.

The white vents rules out Blackbird. I'd go for a strange looking female Japanese, it could be the strange angle that doesn't show the spots on it's breast and side well, and head looks particularly red to me which is very strange. Otherwise I think most features fit female Japanese.
