It appeared twice withing two hours.
It flew above a river and gave "zick...zick...zick...zick" call.
This time, I paid special attention on its neck but I couldn't see a blue line on it.

Looks like a Rufous-bellied Niltava (棕腹仙鹟) to me. Here is a photo of Rufous-bellied Niltava.
