Great photo of a White-throated Needletail elsewhere by Thomas Chan, not seen by many

Some photos from me - Arctic Skua (Parasitic Jaeger in American), Aleutian Tern, living up to their nickname of Pollution Tern, and the best bird of the day for me, the Black-winged Kite, maybe only the fifth Po Toi record for this species and seen by everyone I think

and some amazing photos of a ball of very newly hatched Preying Mantis young coming out of the ball and all over the host plant - great spotting by a group member

A good day after a slow start and thanks to the organisers and leaders

For one more supplementary photography for recording, a juvenile was perching on the tree.
Thanks for Peter Chan, our bird guide, searched for us. According to Peter, the flying one should be the same as this perching one.
