A pair of Franklin's Gulls, sticking together most of the time.  When one has gone even not too far away, the other will call to find it until they get together again.  They are now turning into breeding plumage, and red colour can be seen on the tip of their bill.

The distance was close by the "standard" of these birds - It was still over 60 metres.
