在2016年5/6月間有25天的西藏觀光之旅，很高興在觀光點觀賞到一些雀鳥。
In May/June 2016, I had a 25 days sightseeing trip in Tibet, very happy to watch some birds at some sightseeing points.

這是此行的路線。

所有的照片是都用尼康D800+尼康28〜300/ 3.5〜5.6（感謝Mon借我此鏡頭）。由於焦距和鏡頭對焦速度的限制, 抱歉照片質量拍得不好 (更可憐的是，七名成員中唯我一位是觀鳥者)。
All the birds photos were taken by Nikon D800 + Nikon 28~300/3.5~5.6 (Thanks Mon lending me the lens) . Limited by focal length and focusing speed of the lens, sorry for the poor photos quality (Pity me, the only birdswatcher out of seven team members).

Louis, sorry for typo. It should be FF cam/lens ~ Nikon D800 + AF-S NIKKOR 28-300mm f/3.5-5.6G ED VR.

Thanks for posting these, I'm really enjoying them and looking forward to seeing more.
I particularly like the sandgrouse pictures - you obviously had great views of these birds, which are not very easy to see.

I had a couple of comments on ID:
- Red-capped Lark is an African species, so would not be seen in Tibet. I think yours are one of the short-toed larks, I think probably Hume's Short-toed: http://orientalbirdimages.org/se ... ize=1&Location=
- The bird you have posted as Relict Gull is another Brown-headed Gull. Relict would have a blacker head and broader white eye-ring
- The Blue-fronted Redstarts are Black Redstarts I think. The tail pattern does not fit Blue-fronted (which has a dark bar at the tail tip)

I was very lucky could watch sandgrouse at the sightseeing place, they seemed very tame and didn't shy away if keeping 7 meter apart (might be only me there at the moment), but all flied away suddenly when somebody spoke in my walkie talkie.
