There are no records of Shikra in Hong Kong, so it is very unlikely to be that species. I think it is probably a Besra, but from this angle it is difficult to see any patterning or shape of the bird, so it is very difficult to be sure whether it is another Accipiter (sparrowhawk) species. Judging by the length of it legs, the second one is likely to be a besra.
