Is it Verditer Flycatcher juvenile 銅藍鶲幼鳥?
Taken in Tai Po Kau Park 大埔滘公園 on Feb 11.

I think so, color looks right.

Verditer can look similar to Pale Blue Flycatcher, but the white fringes to the undertail coverts confirm that this is Verditer.

But it's a first-winter not a juvenile; juveniles are all spotty.
