Although I'm not familiar with birds in Singapore, the shape doesn't seem like a minuet. Oriole maybe?

I believe it's a Common Iora - a common resident in Singapore & Malaysia.

I just searched common iora on the internet, it does look similar, I agree should be an iora, shape doesn't fit a minivet.
