今天到米埔浮橋北面觀鳥屋, 見到對面觀鳥屋附近有一個疑似花魚婆在紅樹林邊, 但不知怎樣通知管理. 請問下次如果發現可以怎樣? 那裡手機訊號也很差.

You may report illegal fishing incidents via a WeChat group (launched recently) sponsored by Shenzhen Bird Watching Society. They have already engaged local police, it is known to be an effective channel for escalating incidents in a timely manner.

Real-time photos/videos are preferred, however, historical information are also welcome.
