It's a juvenile Scarlet Minivet Grey-chinned shouldn't have the yellow fringes to the tertials.
This is a plumage that doesn't seem to be photographed very often. I would be interested to know where you saw it, as they seem to be expanding their range in recent years.

It looks they are now a garden bird at rural NT.
