塱原雀鳥環誌工作 2020 Bird Ringing at Long Valley

為研究黃胸鵐及其他鵐科雀鳥的遷徙路線和模式，香港觀鳥會獲土木工程拓展署及漁農自然護理署批准，在2020年10-12月期間在塱原工地範圍內進行環誌工作。鳥友們可放心，整個環誌過程均由受訓練及具專業資格人士執行，而鳥網亦會全程受監察，所以切勿自行接觸或嘗試解開鳥網上的雀鳥。

10月份環誌工作將於以下日子進行 (若天氣不佳，環誌工作將會改期):
10月6、12、14、19、21、27、29日

塱原工程承辦商已於2020年7月開始進行改善工程，除特許人士以外所有人均不可進入塱原工地範圍，免生危險，敬請留意。

若果鳥友有幸在野外見到已環誌的雀鳥，請將有關日期、地點，相片(如有)及腳環號碼(如能讀取)電郵至 tivan@hkbws.org.hk。您的幫忙對保育雀鳥的工作十分重要!

In order to study the migration route and pattern of Yellow-breasted Bunting and other bunting species, HKBWS will conduct bird ringing at Long Valley site during Oct-Dec 2020 with the permission from CEDD and AFCD. The whole bird ringing process is carried out by accredited professionals and the nets are under close monitoring throughout the process. Please keep away from the net and do not touch the birds trapped on net.

Bird ringing October will be conducted in the following dates (re-schedule will be made when weather is unfavorable)
October: 6, 12, 14, 19, 21, 27, 29

The construction contractor of Long Valley Nature Park has started enhancement works in July 2020. For your safety, please be reminded that entry to Long Valley site is prohibited without prior permission.

If bird watchers/photographers are lucky enough to see any ringed birds in the wild, please report the sightings with date, location, photos (if any) and ring number (if readable) to tivan@hkbws.org.hk . Your help is important to the conservation of these small birds!
