The right one should be Chinese Spot-billed Duck. How about the left one? Chinese Spot-billed Duck or Indian Spot-billed Duck?

Yes, Indian Spot-billed Duck. The first since 2012. Well done.

There has been further discussion among birders about the identification of the left hand bird. The general consensus is that they are both Chinese Spot-billed Ducks. Apparently, some female Chinese lack the dark stripe leading back from the base of the lower bill. I was unaware of this. Apologies for the mistake.
