Its flying behaviour is similar to a Koel. When I saw it, it flew down the bottom of tree and flew to next tree through the bottom of tree and then jumped up to the top of tree, and repeated such way from one tree to another tree 3 to 4 times, then flew away..
Please help to identify.

I prefer it to be a Crested Goshawk, for comparatively longer head and larger bill
