請問是何種軍艦鳥呢？今天路過，看不清楚。
What was this frigatebird that I spotted today at the pier.

Can we reasonably presume it a Great Frigatebird rather than a Lesser unless its wing bend and tail fork suggest otherwise?

Theoretically, Lesser is most likely. But I don't think you could tell it with certainty from this two photos.

Wing bend and tail fork are not really useful or conclusive characters. Plumage, colour of bare parts and to some degree size are key, and they are hardly, or not at all, visible here.
