2023 is a rather ordinary (or bland) year with no rarity and only common migrants were recorded. When compared with 2022, few individuals and lower diversity were noted. Having said so, more pallas's and Oriental Reed were recorded in 2023 than 2022. However, only 5 lancy were recorded in 2023. In general, common migrants still made use of the planters of Telford Gardens and it appears that this stopover still provides a "rather" disturbance-free roosting and feeding sites to them (except the domestic cat disturbed them in Sept occasionally).
