I think this may be a White-shouldered Starling which has been dyed red by human beings. In SE Asia, in the captive bird trade, sometimes birds are dyed to make them more expensive.

看見師兄說有染色鳥,才知多年前拍攝的橙色絲光椋鳥是一隻染色鳥.
