Blue over Yellow, numbers not very clear, looks like 532, or is it S32 / 332?

Ringer in Bohai Bay replied that S32 was ringed on 10-Jul-2021 in Hangu, Tianjin and was carrying a GPS tracker which unfortunately lost signal on 18-Mar-2022. He said thank you very much.
