Common Redshank:

PJ - ringed 2-Sep-22, 1st winter bird, 14 records from Mai Po and Shenzhen Futian.

ZK - ringed on 1-Nov-24, 1st winter bird, this is the 3rd report from Mai Po.

LW - ringed on 14-Apr-22, adult, 17 records from Mai Po and Tsim Bei Tsui

YC - ringed on 14-Jan-24, 1st winter bird, 16 records from Mai Po.

Common Greenshank J7 - ringed on 1-Nov-24, adult, this is the 3rd record from Mai Po.

Black-tailed Godwit A1 - ringed on 14-Apr-2022 as an adult. It is carrying a satellite transmitter under WWF's Wetland Incubator project. Photographed earlier on 19-Apr-25. Satellite signal shows that it breeds in Heilongjiang, China and winters in Surabaya, Indonesia. It is on its journey north at the moment, currently stopping over at Poyang Lake.

Black-tailed Godwit E3 - ringed on 9-Apr-24 as an adult. Also carrying a GPS tracker. You photographed this bird on 12-Apr-24. Signal shows it breeds in Heilongjiang, China and winters in Surabaya, Indonesia. It stopped over at Mai Po on 19-27 Apr this year. currently stopping over at Wenzhou, Zhejiang.
