Hi Allen,
The heavily streaked breasted is unusual for Dusky Warbler. You may go for Raddes Warbler or Yellow-streaked Warbler.
I have no experience on Yellow-streaked warbler and don't know if Raddes can be so streaked on its breast. However, the diffused front part of eyebrow and thick bill favour Raddes for me.
No matter which one, it's a clear photo to show the features of the bird. Remember to submit the photo to Photo Guide committe when it confirmed.

Hi Gary,
Thank you very much.

This is a Dusky Warbler. The streaking is unusual but not atypical of that species. The features which eliminate Radde's and Yellow-streaked are the fine bill (sorry Gary!) but also the dark legs (pale orange-flesh in Radde's and Yellow-streaked). Also the cold grey brown upperparts are wrong as they would be obviously olive toned in the other two. Author: Allen Time: 26/10/2007 23:35
Thanks Paul.
