Is it a common buzzard?

the white patch on the upper side of wings seems not shown on the book.

Upland Buzzard is an enticing idea! The only upland I have seen has that conspicuous extent of white on the upper wing, and I would just hazard a guess that the tapering wing shape seems to suggest more eagle-like proportions than what common buzzard usually shows. However the upper tail of upland might be paler than what the photo show (or paler than what the photo fails to show). Would be great if raptor experts can fill us in on this!

Looks like a typical Common Buzzard to me except for the pale base to the upper side of the primaries; however this is within the variation shown by Common Buzzard and nothing like as well marked as Upland.  Structure also looks typical for Common Buzzard to me.
