This was taken about 3 weeks ago on around Pond 20 at Mai Po.
This raptor kept buzzing the dogs that were intruding into it's territory.
I would appreciate help with the id? Neil

Great first shot of it over the reeds, and the impression given of it looking ready to take on a pack of dogs certainly captures the personality of our most fearsome diurnal raptor.
