Juvenile frigatebirds - it is difficult for me to identify them, so I would like to leave this work for the experts.
More frigatebird photos - to be honest, I cannot identify them with confidence!

A great series, Cherry! 8)
Especially those flight shots ...
My thought is that you could have done much better with exposure control though. Were you shooting RAW? Author: cywong Time: 27/12/2007 22:18
Thanks to Bob, Alexander, Geoff and K.K..
I agree with K.K. that I should pay more attention to exposure control. Would K.K. please advise me how to improve? I was still shooting JPEG. Author: eling Time: 27/12/2007 22:23

Cherry,
As a start, you may want to read the article, Bird Photography - The Basics, I wrote for HKBWS Bulletin 199 (Spring 2006) on Exposure Control; it's on page 9.
Again I'd urge you to start shooting RAW as it's your Digital Negative so to speak. Every bit of info you recorded is in there! By shooting JEPG you're throwing away valuable info on the image unknowingly ... Author: cywong Time: 29/12/2007 23:31
Thank a lot for K.K.' s expert advice.
Thanks also for Eling's comment.
