Anybody know how to contact them as I believe this boat is registered in HK. I saw them Today sail directly to the new Birdhide of Maipo right next to us (4 birder inside birdhide), I wish I can hire them and enjoy a birding boat trip in this famous Ramsar Wetland.

If you are not sure are they the one you know please pm me as I can send you a clear closeup photo of them.

Dear Owen,

This incident caused a considerable amount of disturbance to the birds outside the WWF and HKBWS hides on the rising tide today. I am told this is a research student from a local University and I will follow up with AFCD.
