If it is found under a woodland, could it be a Great Barbet or Dollarbird? Captain

Looks like White-throated Kingfisher.
They could be found in wooded area.

I got it already but missed some part of the feathers. Thanks Alan help collect it for me!!!
Yes, it is White-throated Kingfisher! Unfortunately, since I found the feathers in Fung Yuen, I didn't see the living one in the wild. So sad .....
